PHYSIOTHERAPY AND REHABILITATION DEPARTMENT'S CAREER EVENT ON SPORTS PHYSIOTHERAPY

Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Faculty of Health Sciences Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation organized a career event titled “Sports Physiotherapy Career Journey” on April 11, 2025. The event, held at the MAKÜ Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Conference Hall, attracted great interest from department students and physiotherapists working in the field.

The event was moderated by Dr. Lecturer Mücahit Öztop, while Fzt. Hakkı Sandıkçılar, who works at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, participated as a speaker. Sandıkçılar shared his field experiences in sports physiotherapy, career development process, and experiences with the national disabled team in national and international organizations with the students.

At the end of the event, a national team jacket was gifted to a student by speaker Fzt. Hakkı Sandıkçılar through a draw.
